1Who we are

CabinJaipur is a family-run cab service in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We provide a car with a driver for one-way drops, day trips and tours. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2What we collect

When you message, call or email us to plan or book a trip, we keep what you send us:

your name and phone number
your trip: dates, places, pickup and drop addresses, how many of you are travelling and your luggage
your messages with us about the trip

The trip planner on this website does not send anything to us. It writes your trip into a WhatsApp message, and nothing reaches us unless you choose to send it. There are no accounts or sign-ups on this website.

3How we use it

We use your details only to quote your trip, arrange the car and driver, stay in touch with you before and during the trip, and keep the records the law asks us to keep, such as invoices and tax records. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

4Who we share it with

Your driver gets your name, phone number and pickup details so they can find you. We don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

We use a few services to run the business, and your details pass through them when you use them to reach us: WhatsApp for messages, Google for email and to measure our ads, and Cloudflare to host this website. We also share details with the authorities when the law requires it.

5Cookies and ad measurement

This website uses the Google tag to measure how well our Google ads work, for example how many people who saw an ad later visited the site. It sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and choose how Google uses your data for ads in your Google account's ad settings. The website works without these cookies.

6How long we keep it

We keep trip details for as long as we need them to run your trip, and records like invoices for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. After that we delete them.

7Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Message or email us and we'll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep some records the law requires.

8Keeping it safe

Only the people who plan and drive your trip see your details. We use the security the services above provide, and we don't keep payment card details.

9Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
