1What we provide

We provide a car with a driver: one-way drops, day trips and multi-day tours. Hotels, entry tickets, guides, meals, safaris and other activities are not part of our service. We're happy to suggest them, but you book and pay for them yourself.

2Prices on this website are estimates

Every price on this website, including the trip planner, is an estimate to help you plan. The season, the dates and the exact route can change it. We agree one final price with you on WhatsApp before you book, and that is the price you pay for the trip as agreed.

3Booking

Your booking is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing, on WhatsApp or by email, with the date, pickup time and place, the car and the price. Please give us the right pickup address, the number of people travelling and how much luggage you have, so we send a car that fits.

4What the price covers

The price we agree covers what we list when we confirm it, such as the car, the driver, fuel, tolls, parking and state entry taxes. Anything not listed is not included. If you add places, days or distance during the trip, we'll agree the extra cost with you before we drive it.

5Payment

You pay the amount and in the way we agree when you book, for example an advance to confirm the car and the rest on the trip. We send the details in writing with your booking.

6Changes and cancellations

Tell us as early as you can if your plans change, and we'll do our best to change the booking. Cancellation charges and refunds are as we agree in writing when you book. If we ever have to cancel a confirmed trip, we'll offer you another car, or refund everything you paid us for that trip.

7On the road

For everyone's safety:

no more passengers than the car has seats, and seat belts worn
no smoking, alcohol or illegal substances in the car
the driver follows the law and the speed limits, and may refuse a request that is unsafe or illegal
the driver needs rest, so we agree long days and night driving in advance

Damage to the car caused on purpose or by carelessness, beyond normal wear, may be charged.

8Time, traffic and the unexpected

We plan realistic times, but traffic, weather, road closures, festivals and breakdowns can cause delays. Leave enough time for flights and trains: we are not responsible for a missed connection caused by something outside our control. If our car breaks down, we arrange another one as fast as we can.

9Your belongings

Please keep valuables with you. We're not responsible for things left in the car, but we'll do our best to return anything we find.

10Places you visit

Monuments, parks and temples set their own opening days, times and fees, and can close at short notice. We share what we know, but we don't control them.

11Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing the car and driver as agreed. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by things outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law doesn't let us limit.

12This website

The information on this website is to help you plan. Photos show the places and the kind of car, not always the exact car you'll get. We keep the website up to date but can't promise it is always free of mistakes.

13Changes and the law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you book is the one that applies to your trip. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, have jurisdiction.
