   Early pickup from your home or hotel in Jaipur and drive 100 km east on the Jaipur–Agra highway.

   • Mehandipur Balaji TempleA temple to Hanuman in the hills of Dausa district, known across north India for its prayers for healing and relief from evil spirits.
   • Pretraj Sarkar and Bhairav BabaThe two other deities worshipped in the temple, each with its own shrine and offerings.

2. Afternoon

   Lunch and the next stops

   Lunch at a dhaba on the highway (at your own cost).

   • Chand BaoriA 9th-century stepwell at Abhaneri, a short detour off the highway, with around 3,500 steps over 13 storeys.
